Rush is an evergreen keyword introduced in Darkness Evolved which allows the follower to attack enemy followers on the same turn they come into play. It is represented by a glowing yellow border around the card. Although Evolved followers can attack enemy followers on the same turn they are played, they are not considered to have Rush.
While the keyword is vastly available across all Classes, it's mostly present in Swordcraft due to its follower-centric nature.
In the Shadowverse: EVOLVE physical card game, followers with Rush can only attack engaged enemy followers from the turn they come onto the field. They can't attack reserved followers.
Details
- Unlike Storm, Rush cannot be used to attack the enemy leader right away.
- The yellow glow around a follower in play with Rush will always be present if they have not yet attacked, even if there are no enemy followers to attack into.
- In Shadowverse Flame, Rush is represented by a yellow bull face that briefly appears over the card.
