1. Prologue

Losaria and Arisa are two young elves who live in the woods. They are training tirelessly to one day become forest guardians.

Arisa: "Woah..."

Arisa: "You always do so great, Losaria!"

Arisa: "Me, I never ever hit like this."

Losaria: "Sure you do. You're trying really hard, Arisa."

Arisa: "Well, yeah!"

Arisa: "If I don't try my hardest, how else am I supposed to pass the trials with you?"

Losaria: "If anyone can do that, it's you."

Losaria: "We'll both be forest guardians."

Arisa: "Yeah! Thank you, Losaria."

Arisa: "Huh?"

Arisa: "The forest is...scared?"

Losaria: "Wha...what's that?"

Losaria: "Aaaah!"

Arisa: "Losaria!"

Arisa: "Get...get away from Losaria!"

Losaria: "Watch out!"

Arisa: "Huh?"

Arisa: "Aaaah!"

Losaria: "Arisa!"

Arisa: "Losaria!"

Losaria: "Ugh..."

Losaria: "Arisa..."

Losaria: "Hold on. I'm going to save you!"

The player is then thrown in the first tutorial battle to learn about the rules of the game such as evolving, the stats of a card, and attacking the enemy leader and their followers controlling Losaria as the leader to use.

2. The Rescue

As the two young girls are training, a mysterious creature snatches Arisa away. Losaria chases after the creature to save Arisa.

Losaria: "Arisa!"

Arisa: "Losaria!"

Losaria: "Give her back!"

???: "[ROAR]"

Losaria catches up to the mysterious creature and tries to free Arisa.

In this next tutorial battle, you learn about Spells, Amulets, Fanfare and the effect that each has on the battlefield along with more.

3. Determination

Losaria fights the mysterious creature with her last bit of strength in order to save the abducted Arisa.

The player is immediately thrown into the fray explaining the last parts of the basics of Shadowverse. They explain the concept of redrawing, the advantages of going first and second, and they finally throw you into the battle with no extra help!

???: "[ROAR]"

Losaria: "Are you hurt?"

Arisa: "No, I'm fine. Thanks!"

Losaria: "I thought something might have happened to you. I'm glad you're safe."

???: "[ROAR]"

Arisa: "There's another one!"

Losaria: "Arisa, be careful!"

Losaria: "Aghhh!"

Arisa: "Losaria!"

Arisa: "Losaria, wait!"

Arisa: "Where are they taking you?"

Arisa: "No...What am I going to do?"

Arisa: "Snap out of it. Losaria needs you!"

Arisa: "Hold on, Losaria!"

Though Losaria defeats the creature and frees Arisa, she ends up captured herself. The creature flees with Losaria.
